Host your data
in our secure data centers

Serenisys has set up a cloud architecture with 3 server platforms in 3 data centers.

Its platform architecture is designed and built on the principle of redundancy, applied as far as possible at all levels. In fact, redundancy is the priority, and is applied to servers, switches and networks: electrical, Ethernet and Internet, as well as to components.

Hosting is provided in 3 data centers dedicated to infrastructure business continuity. The data center operators are either French, like Iliad (FREE group), or international, like EQUINIX and DATABANK. This enables us to obtain all current European and international certifications.

Operators on our sites

Serenisys' 3 data centers are more than 15 km apart around Paris. They are all world-class and certified to all existing standards for service continuity, such as :

  • SOC 1 Type II
  • SOC 2 Type II
  • ISO 27001
  • PCI DSS, HDA
  • ISO 45001
  • ISO 9001:2015
  • ISO 22301
  • ISO 14001
  • ISO 50001
  • etc.

Each data center hosts a Serenisys infrastructure of data processing and storage servers dedicated to a specific service.

Fire safety

Data centers also apply the principle of redundancy to the provision of hosting services. They supply and maintain electricity, air conditioning and fire protection , with regular tests to ensure that all services are kept in operational condition.

Camera

The sites are under constant surveillance, with procedurally-based access controls for buildings, rooms and server racks. They are secured by card, fingerprint or iris control, and equipped with a surveillance camera.

The Serenisys platforms of
Data center are composed of :

CISCO switches, to set up redundant networks connecting processing and storage servers to each other and to the Internet.

Processing servers equipped with :

  • Processor: INTEL with more than 32 latest-generation dual-core CPUs in the year and at least in year n-3, all at more than 2 G hertz.
  • Ram: at least 192 GB DDR4
  • System disks: at least 2 x 256 GB RAID 1 disks dedicated to system software
  • Network card: 2 x 10 Gbps cards
  • Dual power supply

Storage servers equipped with :

  • Processor: INTEL with more than 32 latest-generation dual-core CPUs in the year and at least in year n-3, all at more than 2 G hertz.
  • Ram: at least 192 GB DDR4
  • System disks: at least 2 x 256 GB RAID 1 disks dedicated to system software
  • Customer data disks: 3 types of disks: SSD for fast accesses, SAS for frequent accesses; SATA for low-demand data. Data is stored in RAID 5+1 to ensure its continuity and availability, even in the event of hardware failure.
  • Network card: 2 x 10 Gbps cards
  • Dual power supply

These servers enable us to deliver a private IaaS or Managed Cloud to our customers, including their infrastructure on their own network. In fact, the private cloud enables a dedicated network of virtual processing machines and storage disks with the services required to meet customer needs.

In IaaS (Infrastructure As A Service) private clouds, these physical server, processing and storage configurations can be customized. Depending on the resources required to meet the customer's needs, a tailor-made service can be put in place to best meet their requirements.

Visit private cloud IaaS and Managed of Serenisys include :

Internet access : via a dual 10 Gbps port with bandwidth ranging from 100 Mbps to 2 x 10 Gbps, depending on demand.

Monitoring of components server and network infrastructure: 24-hour monitoring every day of the year by Serenisys support.

A security audit of the customer's private cloud on request, on an ad hoc basis or according to the contractual schedule.

An access control service through a firewall.

Data backup service.

DRP service with at least one weekly copy of the machines in the customer's private Cloud infrastructure.
